Actually, that's wrong. Another paper will moan about that, the Express will just have Diana Exclusives.

Argh ... I wouldn't even wipe my ass with that one.
No ... in fact I agree with them, I prefer paying no taxes at all and then having to pay 3x more in vital services, having to clean my sewer myself since if I call for a repairman it costs me 200 quids and having to plan my train trips with 50% time margin in case the engine goes on fire or the previous train derailed.
Life is always more exciting that way.

So, nothing new there. I was, however amused by the juxtaposition of "Terror gang in plot to buy nuclear weapon" and "Only 30p".
