Dear Mark Prisk

It's been over three months since my last letter to Mark Prisk MP, and I've yet to receive a reply. Is he ignoring my letter, or is he just useless?

This is why I prefer choice in healthcare, I don't have to pay into a system that openly pays out to woo.

My letters are faxed, but I don't doubt he received them, I doubt he is replying to them.

According to TheyWorkForYou.com ; your MP is a bit rubbish at replying to constituents.  On the plus side, he's good at getting answers to his questions to ministers, and you uses lots of three-word alliterative phrases.
